Agua Del Corral Hotel & Spa Mendoza, Mendoza

I stayed here for four nights and had a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, close to many restaurants and a market, but the room I picked was definitely in need of some tlc. While the staff were genuinely nice and helpful, the hotel overall felt old and run-down, which made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

The hotel has a great location near many restaurants and a pedestrian street, making it easy to explore. However, the state of the rooms is quite disappointing with odors, stained carpets, and uncomfortable beds. While I did appreciate the attentive staff, the overall experience led me to leave after the first night, opting to spend more elsewhere for better quality.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room I was given smelled like old smoke and was in dire need of repairs, with cracked tiles and stained carpets everywhere. On the bright side, the staff were genuinely nice and attentive. However, the overall condition of the hotel made it hard to enjoy my time there, and I ended up canceling my booking after one night to find somewhere more comfortable.
